Fraud They called me from this number and then later other. They said that I committed fraud evading taxes and they have issued a warrant to arest me and if I whant to know the details I have to pres 1 And I just really got scared but I know that I did pay my taxes still presed 1 and this Indian guy says to me his name is Andrew Smith and given me all the numbers of my case and his bage number more we talk the more is suspicious I hang up totally wrecked so I called real hmrc and they say its fraud
SPAM "Carphone Warehouse" trying to get me to sign up for a new deal but did understand the difference between handset and sim only contracts. Similar number called a few weeks ago saying they can save me money on my O2 bill. Im not on O2.

Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam... Im very scared now and don t know what to do

The Trust Deed People they may claim to be. But ask yourself this question. How many Trust Deeds have they realistically administered? What other alternatives will they suggest? How much will they make from your case? Is a company based in England familiar with the nuances of Scottish insolvency? Always do your research. Good luck to you whatever you decide.

Scam phone call claiming to be hmrc tax office. Automated call claiming I have been involved in tax fraud and unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest.
They claim to be Vodafone but it isn t! I know this as a 100% guarantee. As a friend of mine works for the Police, and they checked the number out! It s people making out to be Vodafone, to scam people out of money and get bank details. My friend from the Police, has passed on this information to C.I.D, to sort it out, as they call me non stop up to 5 times a day. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS, AS ITS A DANGEROUS SCAM!

Fraud Caller had a strong accent and spoke poor english. There was a lot of background noise as you would expect from a call centre. Asked to speak to my husband but did not mention his first name. Just received a call from this number asking if we take American Express - I advised no and asked what company they were from assuming it was a customer. He just said he was exploring opportunities for points on his cards. This number appears to be associated with American Express but it would be nice if they were honest about the reason for their call. Call back not possible as I would have asked to be removed from their database.

SCAM - Claiming to be calling on behalf of EDF Energy, total gas and British gas to update records. I called EDF, they confirmed this is not their number. This is someone lying in order to try and get business away from your energy providers and therefore any information you give them could be used fraudulently!
