Reject the call and then block the number before answering for the first time. I cancelled my Labour Membership and now I am getting calls from this number to rejoin, sometimes at 9pm.

Came up as international then with an obvious spoof copycat area number. Glasgow isn t international if you are in Scotland. Not a problem- now blocked all international numbers using call blocker. Phone is on do not disturb 24/7 so if you aren t recognised then you don t get through. Heads I win, tails I win.
They always hang up as answering machine connects the call. Did look at their offers recently so must have given my phone number to check coverage.

Have had two calls on my mobile from these people, both asking for me by a different name. Then it turned out they claimed I had asked for a quote for car insurance (I don t own a car). So I searched under the number and found these comments. Can ignore them in future.
HMRC ie the tax man would send a letter If they are pursuing you,not a crappy synth voice message so ignore it.Never press a button if told to as it could be a very expensive premium rate line.

I only called "Studio" cards, as the online ordering is conveniently STILL stopping orders being placed using the website (the continue opetion after selecting payment option DOES NOT WORK. An Indian person called claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse asking for an upgrade even tho I never signed up from them in the first place! Be careful from imposters as scammers from India will bounce their phone numbers to a UK number making you think it's a legitimate number.
