Scam. I use to work for vodafone, and the first thing i asked after he started talking was " who is your line manager?" "And what system am i on". He freaked out and try come back but not a chance. As for the question providing you managers name should be a problem, unless you are a scammer and it takes you 5-6 seconds to invent a name, secondly vodafone has 2 systems that are being used in the company and it s a very simple to answer this question for a vodafone person. Just heard of Wright stuff programme, 0845 numbers, even if it s only a second your phone provider is chargeing you like you called the number, people have had bills upto £300 and they will not listen to reason you supposedly called the number so you pay your extortionate bill, we live in a world of faceless thieves, beware

Just had a call from this company who where really helpful in giving advice about trust deed. I think most people don t listen to call as they just think it s an other telemarketing call. It has set my mind at easy knowing how I can take control of my finances
