They claimed to have a file on me which said I had been involved in an accident in the last two and half years. This is untrue. They refused to tell me how they got the file. I am registered with the Phone Marketing preference service, so their call was illegal. Who will prosecute them?

Have had several calls from this number - 01618500044 - they say they are a company called RECLAIM FINANCE. I have never taken out finance so cannot be owed any compensation?! When I,ve got a free minute I bombard these parasites with dead calls by withholding my own number see how these oiks like it! Also on YELL.com the phone number appears to belong to Your Claim Lawyers 120 Bark St, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 2AX.

Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do?
