I didn’t know if it was a scam or not as I have had fraudulent calls that sounded like this!! Didn’t press the button just in case as not expecting to hear from the hospital. Of all the nuisance calls, this is the worst we have had. Many calls per day, sometimes twice in less than half an hour. As advised by BT, when we see the number displayed, we do not answer. This has stopped other such calls eventually, but so far, it has not worked with this caller.

Cam call from a company called Alliance Hide Solutions (or Alliance Hive Solutions?) about a non existent car crash. I am on the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) which should prevent scam calls. Where do these people get out telephone numbers from? So annoying. Harassment.
