Think it is a marketing company. Apparently they can buy numbers with any prefix they like so you think the call is local.

Fraud: Scam call, recording claiming to be from fraud investigation stating that my national insurance number and bank account had been frozen.
Unsolicited call asking for my wife on my number operator rude and laughing they are persistantly calling and breaking DPA, reporting to police, as scam company also is unsolice...
