I am curious to see who had my mobile number as I did not recognise it and it had rung off before I had a chance to answer. I do not like my mobile number being known by anyone.

Phoned twice. No message left. Permanently goes to answering machine when you call back and doesn t inform you who the company is. Treat as phone SPAM. Don t know why they are calling, they don t say.

Think it is a marketing company. Apparently they can buy numbers with any prefix they like so you think the call is local.

This person messages asking to be your slave but doesn t reply. I googled this number and found a girl on twitter who posted about this number and a commenter on her post who also googled the number and found her, the same happened to them also.

I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. Phone number 0189 271 0469 was given to me by bogus Microsoft Help [SIC] agent "Charlie Smith" (Indian accent) whilst trying to con me into the well known MS scam call, no doubt hoping to infect my old PC with whatever they put on it, for anyone daft enough to believe them.

This number calls my mother almost every day - sometimes as much as 8 times per day. It always hangs up at the start of our recorded message.

I got a phone call from this number, as I did the 1471 to hear the number back. The man said his name was John and wanted to speak to my brother. He new his name and said he owed money and they wished to speak to him. My mother answered the call but wouldn t give up any details, but she kept asking them questions about who they were and why they were ringing. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION AWAY!! DO NOT ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS!
