Some Fri 4 and 5pm calls unanswered. Return the call now and the line has canadian ish voice saying line is deactivated...but on the bill its 27 pence each time! Telecom should investigate its apparent support of criminal activity. Obviously money extortion racket. Criminal scum

I too received a call about some recent transactions on my account. But after them calling me they then wanted to confirm some details (i.e me just hand over details over the phone) no wayyyy

Indian man, after giving an English name,says he is calling from BT Technical Dept.I know that there is no such Department within the BT organisation!!I said goodbye and put the phone down!! It is High time BT themselves did something about this type of call as it has been going on for a very long time.Do not be fooled, it is a SCAM which potentially will relieve you of large amounts of your money!!
