Called twice today. Answered 2nd call - "Mike (Punjabi) Smith", from 'BT'. Foreign person using my IP address for illegal purposes - would need to disconnect my internet for 5 days. Told me to hit CTRL+R and Windows key and enter something. I played along (doing NOTHING on my laptop, but then asked him, "You say this is coming from my IP address - then you can tell me what it is!?". He gave me a random number from hos head, I guess. Received multiple calls from this number to my Skype number. When I answered the call, the other end just hung up - robocall. When I called back, I got a recorded message: "You were called by Solar Panel Funding. If you do not wish to be called again, please press 1 or hold and we will connect you to the next available agent. " When I stayed on the line, the call was answered by a human "Hello. You're through to Eco-Telecoms. How can I help you."

This number is used for the O2 - it works as an automated payment line, if you missed your payment, they will notify you using this number.
I believe this is a scam. The firm is repeatedly calling me. It does not leave a message or identify itself.

Possible SCAM / SPAM - this man called saying he was the allocated shopper for my sister and that he had a box of 32 items for her. Accent difficult to understand. My sister already has someone allocated to do her shopping so checked with the council who have no record of him. It may be genuine but people need to take care.
