Possible fraud text message claiming to be from the post office.

Just had a call from this number no one talked on the other end phoned back and it was a recorded message saying the number is from a outside the UK company spoofing there number and we should report this matter to ofcom

Twice this week have had Indian ladies with strong accents with an offer for me from Sky as I am over 60 - which I am not.
