Claimed to be the NAS (national advice service) asked if I had worked in an industrial enviroment, said no the girl on the end of the phone said "oh ok and hung up" total cold calling spammers. Also on YELL.com the phone number appears to belong to Your Claim Lawyers 120 Bark St, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 2AX.

They claimed to have a file on me which said I had been involved in an accident in the last two and half years. This is untrue. They refused to tell me how they got the file. I am registered with the Phone Marketing preference service, so their call was illegal. Who will prosecute them?

Asked where she received the information from but was transferred to Soloman. He in turn hung up when I said i d like copies of the information that he stated was supplied. I received a call from this number today, it s seemed to be a poor connection or he made out he couldn t hear me. I man with a very strong accent (not English) yet goes by the name of peter asked for me by name when I said yes. He said I m calling from the bank and hung up. I expected they ( whoever they are) wanted me to call the bank at some unknown exaggerated cost to myself.
