They called me today but when I picked up the phone it was silent, this is after I had spoken to BG and asked them why they are demanding a final payment off me when they still have a direct debit set up so they can take the money owed to them, they do not need to threaten me with a debt collection agency for £28.96. I just got a call from this number about PPI ,trying to confirm my details etc. I played along for about ten minutes then called his bluff. He started cursing and swearing at me down the phone but seemed a little taken aback when I gave him far worse than anything he was saying to me.
