I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam. This is an Amazon Prime scam. The prerecorded message says that if you don't press 1 you will be recieving a £700 odd Iphone. This is an obvious scam so I just dropped the phone.
