I agree with other comments. They had my name and address (when they should not have). I was stupid enough to confirm this. they ask you do you have a car, make/brand of car, and other products you may own. and some other lifestyle choice questions. I started saying "no comment" to every question and 5 questions later they hung up on me.

I was expecting an automated service call (appointment letter implied it), was surprised when it was a real person. She asked for me by full name then explained why she was calling. She asks you to confirm your DOB and whether you will be attending your hospital appt. on the date given at xxx hospital.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432632xxx range... People did someone answer this number?
