I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. Fraud Telephoned 04/12/20. I gave no name when answering and they did not ask who I was. Young lady immediately started with "I understand that you have been in an accident which was not your fault". I have not had an accident and any reputable company would have identified who they were dealing with as a priority. Shut her down immediately and barred number.
