Ours too was the same as grey-matters. Silent until I said hello, then ladies high pitched voice came on line, said goodbye and hung up!
Just had a call from this number stating I am being investigated for ‘tax fraud’ and to press 1 (to possibly drain the life out of my contract bill) obviously a scam and the voice was automated sounded like a robot.
