Well this is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. After rejecting a call from these people (politely) within one and a half hours there was another one, which was rejected more vigorously.
Answered this call since it seems they've been phoning EVERYDAY, they asked for someone but being hard of hearing I asked to clarify and they got snotty and hung up on me. When you try to phone the Warrington 01925 number again it just plays music at you. These people need to stop... That are so bloody rude!!
