Unable to answer the original call a voice message was left to call this number back. The voice message did not state the company involved but required an anti-fraud check. This was a 'genuine' number, but the questions were probing and having given my contact number after questions to verify myself I was asked for the last 4 digits of that contact number already given, there were too many disconnected questions that could be joined up for other fraud. SPAM - Harrassed by the caller of this number to get staff details. Very aggressive and persistent. Liar.

Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

Claiming they call from HMRC with a court case against your name. After started asking questions about some proof they work for HMRC, they started panicking and said I can look up the case on the website of UK's Supreme Court. Plot twist - there is no Supreme Court in the UK.
