These unwanted calls from a supposed insurance broker are a distraction and I will block this number. Something should be done to close them down.

Had a cold calI from this number today. I answered the phone, could hear voices in the background. Nobody replied and the line went dead after about 30 seconds. I rang the number back and found out that it belongs to Logic Guard Insurance. I told them that I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take my number off their database. I also said that I will report them if they ring me again. I was told that my number would be removed from their phone list and I won t get any more calls from them. Let s

Phoned me about pc, saying Microsoft had reported some sort of damage. Told them I hadn’t had the computer on. They said well we can see it is corrupted. the first call the woman wouldn t say if this was a sales call. then I was called back by what seemed to be the supervisor who said they had been given my details by a non existent organisation. I terminated the call.

Daily calls for a week. I finally answered it to find it was an energy company trying to get me to switch. After 14 mins on phone I told the bloke I wasn t interested and needed to end the call. The bloke then became very rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Very poor customer service.

Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. It s worth checking everyone, we couldn t believe it as his limit was only ?800 & a business card. Good luck & keep blocking...
