Which I did (as I cancelled it 4 years ago already). Got what sounded like Asian children talking at high speed, very broken up. I traced the mobile phone to a field in Manchester. That is a legitimate business then?? I think not.

As with previous comments, I had a call from an Indian gentleman on 002389001076 and had been chosen at random - the UK government does not do this type of thing so I knew it was a scam.
