All you need to know is that they are scammers who try to target people claiming that they can unlock your pension (for a large fee of course). They are NOT authorised by ANY government body. You are at liberty to mess around with them, (if you so wish) swear at them, call them any name you desire and generally piss them off. Called to say that my existing policy was due for renewal and they could provide a cheaper solution. They asked be to confirm my personal details. I asked them to tell me who my existing policy is with and they couldn't tell me.

I dialed this number with and without area code but "the number you have dialed has not been recognised" What is BT playing at allowing unregistered numbers to call. I hold them responsible. Should the police not be involved.
