This is a new number for Utilita, which has been using different numbers to market energy provision aggressively. Elsewhere, on different numbers, this company has generated a lot of complaints. So, I?m guessing it?s only a matter of time before the complaints ratchet up here. Don?t know where they got my number - certainly never asked them to call.

They get the telephone numbers from the charity commission website.

Just had the same, went to answer but rang off... not going to ring back...

When I picked up the phone I could hear a recorded voice gabbling on about pensions. It was the same as I got last week on a different number. It was also the second nuisance call in one morning. I was trying to get ready for an appointment.

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. I did contact my bank and various other bodies but no success. They were no where to be found. It angers me how they have managed to rip people off and get away with it so easily. I ordered something from Argos website a few weeks ago while doing something else at the same time, and neglected to reverse the default status on the "let us sell your number to everyone" tick box. Now I m getting 2-3 calls a day from this number. My own silly fault for swimming with sharks.

I had my details sold by Car Phone Warehouse, after buying phones....... told ICO hope someone does something as in their terms and conditions there is wording relating to this, but no opt in or opt out..... it s just wrong, I pay for a service, a phone and then they sell my details on.... why .... never ever have I had such texts/ calls as I do now all within a day of purchasing something from their site...

One of those you have had an road traffic accident that is not your fault. I asked were they got my details and they said "road accidents and safety statistics", I then said "surely that data is anonymised", at they she said OK and put the phone down.

Had a few calls from this number but when I answer the line goes dead!

Repeatedly called by Wills UK despite never having given permission and having told them not to call me ever again. When you call them on this number, you get a recording saying that they will call you back and press 1 to remove your number. It doesn t, and they call you over and over again.
