SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Microsoft do not engage in unsolicited cold calls, and likely not using mobile number

This is a company called "Next Step Money" based in Hull England, they claim to help you recover any unnecessary PPI charges back from your creditors, they are not the most professional company out there, I would recommend blocking them on your phone as they will harass you every day and try to force you in to doing business with them as they tried with my dad. Note: They will tell you they have your details on record but this is not the case they are just cold calling people
