I've received about ten of these calls in the past and know they want access to your router to commit fraud, download your data, install ransomware. This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 2036345xxx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with nuisance calls, sometimes just robocalls, with PPI - insurance marketing, accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with something new, new scope?
