Called my elderly mum lying to her saying her washing machine insurance with D&G was ending. NOT ENDING! Spoke about a direct debit and then tried taking a one off payment from her?!?! From my knowledge in working in contact centres/sales I told her to stop the call and to do some research. SCAMMERS trying to rip off anyone they can. Pushy sales, can t even imagine what the service is like once you ve actually signed up!
i have had two charges on my bill for this number which i haven't called. One call was supposed to have been 47.18 mins long costing £5.48. Impossible !! i talk that long with my wife let alone a stranger...its a scam number but i don't know how they do it. I do get lots of calls that there is no voice and the call hangs up. I think there must be a way they can lock into ones number and keep charging

They say your full name, and confirm if you have carried out the transactions specified, and ask for date of birth, if you did not carry out the transactions your call will be forwarded.
