Calling me constantly, when I block it I just get another one with a digit change, driving me nuts.
A recorded message left on my voicemail advised me that I'm supposedly a "suspect" in a case that is going to court and my house is under surveillance. Obviously nonsense, but potentially very scary for someone vulnerable.

It does sound like a genuine Nat West survey and although I do not have an account with them some of my family do. I carried on to the first question and it wanted to know how long I was queuing on my last visit to Nat West. I then hung up as I don t know the answer. I believe this is probably because either my son or daughter has visited a branch recently.

I haven't been in an accident at all so I asked her who had told her I'd had an accident and where did she get my number from. She ignored that and asked me again for details of the car accident. I posed the same question again to her. She terminated the call.
