They phoned me last week saying they received a file about an accident i had. I don t have a driving licence due a condition i have that prevents me from doing so. They soon hang up.
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1224924xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with usuall stuff - accident chasers/PPI/insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new?
I keep getting calls off this number, I have previously blocked the number but my phone tells me I have a voicemail, when listening to the voicemail, there is no message, I understand its Avon, I have now logged into my account and removed my number, if they want to contact me they van email me

Hi, Please take notice of this. There s a group of pester-rats who were called "Direct Assist" who were fined and closed down for nuisance calls. This may well be the same ones dialling people again from a Liverpool number (0151 code), but using/giving out our name direct legal services ltd instead. This is false and delierately misleading. Direct Legal Services Ltd (based in Blackpool), are a genuine law practice, and not in any way connected with those scammers. Action is being taken to hunt them down
