Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618147xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident chasers, insurance marketing - mostly form this call centre : nexbridge.co.uk. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with something new, new scope?

Tell me who just rings you and then nothing, no message left, and no info on internet... I recommend to block the whole 8437244xxx range - and the hell ShouldIAnswer android application can block line of numbers :). Did someone answer any number of this range?
