This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. We had to contact trading standards because they (coastal windows) wouldn t stop harassing my elderly parents by phone. They had to make a police report and Trading Standards paid them a visit to warn them off. If they harass you, report it as if you tell them to stop they have to by law.
