The caller was unintelligible and could not be understood. The accent was possibly Hindu and not well educated speaking English.

Fraud COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC INVESTIGATIONS took money of us by claiming they had details of illegal transactions relating to businesses that owe us money. It turns out those businesses are their other client's debtors too and they use their private data illegally. Unfortunately we fell for this scam and paid. The Police let them get away with it as civil matter. The Courts are our only hope.
