When I asked where they obtained my phone number and disputed that they got it from LinkedIn and mentioned that they have probably broken the law to obtain the number, they informed me that I shouldn't have put my phone number online (which I replied I haven't) and put the phone down on me...

Automated call - recorded message supposedly from the 'National Crime Agency' - I hung up and blocked the number. They called again a few minutes later from a different number - now also blocked.
The area code appears to be from Coppull in Lancashire, England. I don't know or have business with anyone there so I don't answer it.

Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty.
