Fraud Message left claiming to be from Amazon Prime saying my account had been wrongly deducted by £79.99 instead of £7.99 and to press a number to sort this out. This is clearly potentially fraudulent as Amazon do not call out of the blue like that with a recorded message

Checked number on-line and feel confident number is bona fide but will discuss in store when I collect order just in case it’s not

Caller went on to ask if I was a home owner and if I worked full time or if I was entitled to any tax credits and whether my heating was mains fed or fuel. Fraud Received a call allegedly from Barclaycard and they knew my full name. I denied that I was that person, said they've got the wrong person and hung up. I proceeded to call Barclaycard and they confirmed that they didn't call me, said that this is not one of their number and confirmed it was a fraudster that was trying to get me. Barclaycard advised that they will usually send a message or e-mail and very rarely call unless you have not made a payment. Blocked and will be reporting it.
