Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Then continues with I am phoning from Virgin Technical Department to advise that you have an internet problem....." [I'm not even on Virgin but decided to kid her along anyway and waste as much of her time as possible]. She then tries to make me log into my computer - which I PRETENDED to do, trying to waste as much of her time as possible..... eventually she became annoyed and hung up!
