According to this number (recorded message) I am on their database as someone who has experienced an accident/medical negligence. As i never have, i can only conclude that this is cold calling and as i am TPS registered, this is illegal.
Polite chap agreed to remove my number from his database, which is unlikely.
They knew the owners name and imedeitly stated it wasn t a marketing call. I said he doesnt work in the store and they hung up before i had a chance to finish my sentance. very dodgy !!! not to be trusted !!

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.
