SCAM oliver from Trader Education, along with all his friends have been calling my mother several times a day for weeks. Dispite her telling them to " go forth and multiply" (quite impressive from a 76 year old) they persist in ringing. Asking her to invest money in shares. I took over again today and asked for a supervisor, Oliver chuckled and said we should change our number. Oliver will regret that!

Fraud - Yet another call, clearly from some contact/scamming centre in India. When I answered they simply hung up. This is the 3rd such call in the last two days and quite frankly I'm getting a little sick of it. This is a new line and only one person has this number, we literally never use it, so unless that one person who does have the number is calling I can almost guarantee its a scam of some sort. Be aware, tell them nothing give them no information.

This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

Like the people above, person - a man on first occasion, woman second, couldn t understand what they were saying except they were going to refund PPI. Told them it sounded odd and if they give me a number I ll check it out and get back to them and they put the phone down. Second time I was told to lie about a loan I had not taken out to a different department. They knew my name and address. Not happy.
Got a call from this number, answered it and they hung up. Called back and it was some Indian bloke saying as I've had premium bank accounts in the past blah blah.... Hung ...

Trustworthy upto a point, they do collections for old furnature, but if you work for them as a volunteer, you ll find you cover the majority of the work there own staff should be doing. Because the paid staff become complaicent at there work because there on a wage and your not.
