Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer. They were quoting i.r.o. £15K at the time and other reputable companies were between £6K and £9K. Guess which quote I eventually went with? Asian voice said he was phoning from TPS - just put the phone down as had several calls before with same scam.
SCAM said they were Microsoft and there was unusual activity on my computer via internet. Explained that I’d not had my computer on for many months! He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Microsoft do not engage in unsolicited cold calls, and likely not using mobile number

I nicely spoken lady phoned me saying I had told them I was receiving a lot of unwanted call and that she told me that they can stop this and it is approved by the police , they are willing to send me a box for a one off fee for £39.99. I told her I had no money at the moment . She then told me she will call me back in 4 weeks . I have now blocked her from calling my number . This is a scam and don’t part with any money .
