Fraud - someone called saying they were from o2 - they confirmed my details to me and I went through security like normal with o2 and they sent me a message with a code on that I relaid back to them. I called o2 and they confirmed this was fraud and not from a legitimate source.

The text message related to card transactions that were made including a cash point withdrawl from within the branch on the day before. On the basis that I have no on-line or telephone banking, the knowledge of the transactions made , could only have come from within the Bank it's self via a genuine source or if RBS had a systems security breach(unlikely).
