Debt collection agency - Mackenzie Hall. Do not communicate with this agency by telephone. They are threatening, pushy and may make promises that they will not keep. Do not answer their "security questions". It could be a scammer, who will happily sell your information on. Like any other debt collection agency, everything should be in WRITING.

I received a call from someone on this number. They claimed to be from BT, I am with Virgin but he claimed that BT support Virgin. He told me that my IP address has been tracked and made public. The phone rang but stopped before I could answer it. I called the number to find out what they wanted but the fellow that answered said he hadn’t called me and that he had had lots of similar calls. This number has been spoofed by scammers. Beware!
