called me on my mobile, as it is a local number to me, same place as my dentist I thought it might be them, appointment this afternoon. but it is not. On ringing this number it says it is not in use? Strange one. SPAM, misdial who knows.
I think this is a scam . Phoned about my bank wanting me tp phone them . Dont do it check with your bank first as this has come from germany .
text message said to be from Santander with a passcode and " if you did not request a code call us on 0204586498." This does not appear to be a bank .
Randomly called said she was from sky and said our internet is slow. Tried to get us to download and app called quick support. This app allows people to remotely access your phone. Very dangerous as the can get so many details this way. We questioned her and she hung up. Called back and metro express answered, Im guessing this number is used for numerous amounts of scams. Had ring me 2 days in a row. A man with a very strong Indian accent said he was ringing from O2 saying as a loyal O2 customer I qualify for a discount on my O2 monthly bill. When he started asking me to go into messages to see a text he was sending to me I decided it sounded dodgy and hung up. Today I just told them I don't believe they are ringing from O2 and told them to F off before hanging up.

Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.
