I got a phone call off 02037735554 today saying its carphone warehouse saying I have a 60% off phone in-store but I don't no how he new my name and address ??????

Keeps calling our business line claiming to be Bristish Gas, when i try tell them we are not with British Gas they try to tell me we are and that our electricity bill is ready for renewal, I always ask them to send a letter in the post to which they tell me they cant and try to put me through to there manager

I am a solicitor. I received a call 28.7.17 at 11:33am about an accident I did not have soliciting that I in effect make a claim. The call is obviously deceit/fraudulent based, and based on weaving a fabrication to make false claims. When the caller realised I had both a brain and was honest they hang up before I could chew the callers head off metaphorically.

Telesales pitch to do with a holiday offer that had allegedly been emailed to me, that I hadn t responded to. Very dodgy.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Some kind of marketing company. They are very pushy and annoying to the point of being rude! Won't listen or take no for an answer, just have to hang up on them!

Had phone call from this number today stating she was working on behalf of tv licence wanting me to clear the debt with her. I m very suprized to has gone tk debt agency after a month with ?31.50. I will be blocking number and will not pay anything to these it be direct to TV licene. As half hour later I got another call from 01772 221143 again same name she was asking for ebay debt which I don t owe any thing to very suspicious as it was both from Preston both named anika and also sounded same.

26 Nov 2021 - Man with thick, asian accent called me, purporting from a company called "White Goods Repair" based in Luton, telling me that my Indesit washing machine warranty had expired and did I want to extend it. Clearly a scammer so I pretended that the line was bad, strung him along for as long as I could be bothered, before hitting him with my best line of expletives and hanging up on him.Reply

Calls everyday but I only answer calls that I know, now I know they are rubbish, have sent an email to see if that gets the number removed? mmmmmm
