If you call them back you are diverted to the caller in the Gold Coast. Do not call. Do not respond. Report this to the police.

He claimed people were hacking into my computer while on Internet and wanted me to download some software to fix the problem. At the same time I was Googling for the scam and found plenty of details about the Supremo software he wanted me to install. When confronted he refused to admit that I was being scammed - so I asked him to send me an E-Mail from a reputable Microsoft address - which has not arrived,
