Uses their Local District Council's name at top of the letter to look like it's from them. IT IS NOT. This number answers as The Funding Helpline, of which there is not trace on Google. The company sending the letter are Energy Saving Grants Ltd, from Rochdale, directors are a young husband and wife and been trading only since June
