I've had this number call me a couple of times. Haven't picked up since I'm not expecting any calls from the UK. I'm from Denmark.
I got a call from this number from an Indian claiming to be a software engineer from Microsoft. He claimed people were hacking into my computer while on Internet and wanted me to download some software to fix the problem. At the same time I was Googling for the scam and found plenty of details about the Supremo software he wanted me to install. When confronted he refused to admit that I was being scammed - so I asked him to send me an E-Mail from a reputable Microsoft address - which has not arrived,
