Female called Lauren contacted my mother (70 s) to sell service to stop unwanted calls (ironic). Very persistent and aggressive selling manner.she used the old trick of assuming my mother wished the service and went straight for her bank details. Thankfully my mother did not pass any. called claiming to be from the insurance firm i have a motor accident claim in progress with. They asked how the accident happened (claiming they wanted to check accuracy of the information they had on file). The number was different to the ones my real insurance company call me from, so i suspect they were looking to offer some compensation claim service.
