Rang me twice. When I picked up they said it was from Curry’s PC world, saying they had a promotions for phones and asked what phone I was using now. I said I wasn’t interested, and they hung up without saying anything else. It was quite hard to hear as their environment was loud, sounded kind of like a call centre in India. I’m not a Curry’s shopper so I doubt the legitimacy of this, probably a scam.

SCAM 7 June 23 they called and told me he was from O2 and i could get a bill discount- but i am not even with O2, so they are 100% liars and scammers. He wanted to send 2 texts to my phone. Said not interested and hung up. Indian sounding call centre scammers.SCAM

Came up as Italy number. Left a voice msg stating it was Amazon and they would be taking money out of my account. I had to press 1 to speak to a manager!!! nDelete and block!!!...

SCAM - somebody called to ask to speak to my husband regarding his business account with British Gas. When I asked them to contact my husband's business directly they stated that the only number they had (which is our home number). They gave me a reference number and asked if my husband could call them. It all sounded very plausible - please be aware.

This number is a payphone from inside HMP Warren Hill. The automated voice clearly states this when the call is answered.

Whatsapp shows it as a business account (Travel Agency) but anyone can register whatsapp as a business account with no proof (which is so wrong). I have reported to whatsapp . Called me claiming to be from Three and offering a discount. asked for my name dob and address. i asked why they needed it and they said for "verification". I gave completely made up details and passed their verification! This is clearly a scam number and whilst i dont know what the scam is they are lying about who they are and waht they are doing. SCAM
