This number along with the whole range of 011582400xx is used for financial call centres, mostly calling in the name of Red Star Finance - check them at https://www.redstarfm.com/ (their free contact number is 08000 155 144) or directly MBNA - check them here https://www.mbna.co.uk/, credit card company... Nuisance for me, blocking the range - have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very usefull for call centres). After my repeated requests for what details they had of some car accident in the past three years on the grounds that I need to contact the Police about fraud. The caller claimed they received the data from LV and hung up. Of course it is fraud. I don't drive. They are using data outside the scope of the DPA and I am sure that if 'One Legal' were any sort of insurer or legal practitioner, their professional body would love to hear the details too.
