I asked what the call was about. Man said call was about finance. Wouldn t let me know any further information until I went through security questions! I said you phoned me so you must have my information and he said yes I have got your address but I need to go through security questions first. He asked for my date of birth and I said I can give you my postcode and house number and he said that is not enough. I said well who else would know that and answer my mobile?!? Go along with it, make the appointment and when the salesman turns up tell him you are not interested and have wasted their time because they are wasting yours by ignoring the law and cold calling you. They hate having their time wasted This has worked for me and gives you a great feeling of having got them back.

Caller started to ask about an all inclusive holiday I had supposedly had in past 2 years. I had another call on hold as I didn't know the number and wanted to make sure it wasn't something important. When I stopped the girl and explainied that I had another call on hold and I couldn't take her call she said "what did you do that for?" and hung up! - cheeky scouse bi*ch. If I could be bothered I would ring back and complain but easier to block.
