I have no idea what the caller would have had to say because I never pick up these calls and they never leave a message. I returned the call using a with held number and went through to a call centre environment who did not give the name of the company when answering an incoming call. Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.

When I started explaining about the TPS, he started getting all snide and sarcastic about me answering the phone in the first place. I just put the phone receiver down and let him prattle on to himself. He hung up after a while.
