I keep getting calls from this number. Whoever is calling hangs up when I answer and when I try to return the call I get a message saying the number is out of order. Does anyone know what is going on

Calling every day, sometimes more than once. Don't know who they are because unless they give their name my phone (with nuisance blocker) doesn't even ring. So it must be an automated call otherwise they'd stop trying. Love my phones - these nuisance calls are a thing of the past. I only look occasionally to see if one number has been repeatedly calling / and this one has.
