I did call back and then it went to someone straight away so clearly a call centre with a robo dialler, as silent calls happen when the call is answered but there is no agent available to take the call. Anyhow, some PPI company asking what banks I had loans from, from options she gave. Will be so glad to find out after the GDPR comes in if they can reveal where they get my details from, they had an address for me I haven't lived in since 2006!

Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Rang and asked for owner of business.
